La joute junior

La joute junior is a webcast based on the program La joute. In a shorter, interactive format, three students from three different schools are called upon, under the guidance of host Stéphan Bureau, to state their point of view on two topics from current events. Live from their schools via Webcam, the budding debaters vie for the good graces of audience members, who vote to select a winning contestant. At the end of each season (fall and winter), three winners go on to the final round, which (like the regular show) is broadcast live on Télé-Québec.
