With competition fierce, a Montreal radio station is fighting to survive. To fill the shoes of the morning host, who has left quite suddenly, station managers have decided to bring in an up-and-comer who is full of vim and vigour. The newcomer expects everyone to go along with his way of doing things. To accomplish this, he gets on people’s good side, and soon, a veritable revolution is under way. Love intrigues, complicity and competition among staff members at the station, stress, the struggle with other stations in the race for profitability… passions are unloosed in a little-known setting where power rules sovereign.
